Teen Boxing Classes | Fun, Fitness, and Confidence for Ages 13-17

Our Teen Boxing Classes are the perfect opportunity for boys and girls aged 13 to 17 to get fit, gain confidence, and learn practical self-defense skills in a supportive and fun environment. Designed with both beginners and aspiring athletes in mind, these classes focus on building physical fitness, mental resilience, and essential boxing techniques.

Master the Fundamentals
Our classes ensure teens start with a solid foundation. During the first week, students focus on core skills such as lateral and linear movement, pivoting, and turning techniques. From there, they progress to essential punches like proper jabs, crosses, and combinations. -

Participants not only build physical strength but also enhance their focus, self-discipline, and positive attitude. These qualities benefit them both inside and outside the boxing ring. -
Self-Paced Progression
Whether your teen wants to compete or simply stay active, our program is tailored to their personal goals. We neither encourage nor discourage competition. For those interested in competitive boxing, we offer guidance on progressing to our advanced group and registering with USA Boxing. -

5. Small Class Sizes & Expert Coaching​​
Beginners, all new students will train on Tuesday & Thursdays for 1 hour from 6pm to 7pm (Limited to 15)
Novice, program is two hours long and held on Monday & Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm (Limited to 10)
Advanced, this group trains Monday thru Thursday from 5pm to 8pm (Limited to 5)

Prepare for Competitive Boxing (Optional)
For teens ready to step into the competitive scene, our program prepares them for the next level. Once participants master the fundamentals and demonstrate skill progression, they can join our advanced group.
