Our Advanced Boxing Class is for dedicated athletes committed to reaching their peak physical and technical abilities. This intensive program combines high-level strength and speed training with sophisticated boxing techniques to forge a formidable fighter. While not a formal competition program, you will train with the focus and intensity of a competitor. This class follows a rigorous, progressive structure and requires a solid foundation in boxing fundamentals. New members with previous training are welcome if they have mastered the basics and can maintain an aggressive pace. This program includes sparring twice per week.

Training Schedule:

  • Days: Monday through Thursday

  • Duration: 2 hours per session

  • Time: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Prerequisites:

Participants must have mastered fundamental boxing techniques, including complex footwork, combination punching, and defensive maneuvers. You must be in excellent physical condition to train hard for two hours without holding back the class.

All applicants must meet the following physical benchmarks before starting:

  • 100 push-ups in four sets of 25 with 30-second breaks.

  • 100 consecutive sit-ups.

  • 3-mile run in under 30 minutes.

We hold our coaches to the highest standards. This is a serious training environment that demands unwavering commitment and peak performance. We maintain a strict policy of no favoritism and have no tolerance for subpar effort. Come prepared with the mental toughness and spirit required to excel.
